STAR Center Team
The purpose of the STAR Center TEAM is to promote and support CHP/MSON simulation curriculums, interprofessional education (IPE), simulation research, debriefing techniques, and simulation structure. The STAR Center TEAM represents a cross-section of CHP program chairs/faculty, staff and students reflective of all campuses. Members shall serve staggered two-year terms.

Goals
- Serve as a resource to the larger healthcare community to promote safety and quality in healthcare.
- Provide educational methodologies that are based on the standards of best practice.
- Serve as a place to conduct research that will provide an opportunity for communicating ideas and information for advancement in healthcare and health science education.
- Reinforce student education by providing a welcoming and engaging environment that is technically sound.

1.1 Maintain an interprofessional governance model that supports curricular development across programs/campuses.
2.1 Craft strategic plans and solutions utilizing simulation to continuously improve learning outcomes across the CHP.
2.2 Collaborate across programs in the development of the simulation curriculum in alignment with the mission and vision.
3.1 Identify opportunities for grantsmanship and support a milieu for interprofessional collaboration and scholarship.
