Diversity and Inclusion Statement

The STAR Center promotes the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion mission and supports the College of Health Profession (CHP) and McAuley School of Nursing (MSON) strategic priorities.

CHP and MSON, in the Mercy and Jesuit traditions, is committed to fostering an atmosphere in which the abounding diversity of our views, backgrounds, and experiences are welcomed and respected. We value the dignity, worth, and intellectual potential of all people. In addition to our inclusive academic curriculum, we strive to build purposeful outreach programs and partnerships with our diverse local and national communities.
