Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Programs
Post baccalaureate certificates are available in Nursing Leadership and Financial Management, Outcomes Performance Management and in Nursing Education. Both the Nursing Leadership and Financial Management and the Outcomes Performance Management certificates require 12 credit hours each of graduate coursework, while the Nursing Education certificate requires 14 credit hours of graduate coursework. These certificates provide the nurse with the opportunity to gain specialized knowledge in key leadership systems management areas or the principles and practice of education.
Those completing the certificate in Nursing Leadership and Financial Management or in Outcomes Performance Management may choose to apply their coursework to completing the Master's degree in Health Systems Management. Those who choose Nursing Education may apply their coursework toward the Master’s degree in Nursing Education with a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Health. Please refer to the links below to obtain more information about each of the three post baccalaureate certificates.
