The Healthcare Operations Management (HOM)/Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) programs are designed to educate students to become innovative leaders in today’s dynamic health care organizations. HOM/MHSA offers bachelors, masters and post-baccalaureate certificate programs that lead to positions in organizations, institutions and agencies that deliver health services.
Undergraduate and Graduate Programs
Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Operations Management
Begin as an incoming freshman directly from high school.
Transfer as a sophomore or junior level student.
Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA)
The Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) builds on its strong connection with the healthcare industry and the community, bringing health-related work experience into the classroom; and develops advanced competencies in management, research techniques and fiscal management.Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Programs
Post-baccalaureate certificates for business and non-business students are also available.
Dual Degree
The dual degree program is designed for clinicians and others with minimal formal business training, including doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians, medical office staff, etc. For the non-health care professional, the dual degree provides additional study about the health care environment, providing a stronger basis for obtaining employment in health care business setting.
