Tradition of Excellence

The new 5-Year BS/PA Program option joins a rich tradition of academic excellence in the preparation of Physician Assistants.

UDM's PA program began in 1972—one of the first in Michigan. Nationally recognized, UDM's Physician Assistant Program ranks first in the State of Michigan, according to U.S.News and World Report in 2005.

The Physician Assistant Program

• holds membership in the Physician Assistant Education Association,
• and is host to a student chapter of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
